Clay County Purchasing Department prefers that all solicitations be submitted electronically through PublicPurchase.
Emailed submittals will not be accepted, unless otherwise stated in the solicitation document. Electronic submissions must be made through PublicPurchase.
In the event a vendor prefers to submit hard copies for your convenience, the Purchasing Department includes a mailing label in all solicitation packets so that submittals are clearly identified, conserving the integrity of the Closed Bid Process.
